Position:- Java Developer with Kafka
Location:- Hybrid- Charlotte NC
Job Description/Responsibilities:
The candidate should be ready to work from the client office for at least 3 days a week.
Proficiency in Java 17 with experience in Spring Boot-based microservice development.
Candidates should have good hands-on experience with Java 8, JUNIT, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Web Services (SOAP & REST).
Hands-on experience using Kafka is a must.
Candidates should have extensive hands-on experience in writing JUNIT test cases.
Proficient in using and adopting CI/CD DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy/Harness, etc.
Self-directed and able to lead efforts independently.
Familiarity with Agile/Jira/Scrums is mandatory.
Top 3 Skills Required:
Hands-on knowledge in designing and delivering Java/J2EE using Spring Boot.
Any cloud experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Kafka is mandatory.
