Job Description
Role Descriptions: Project & Delivery Management In partnership with the Chief Product Manager| maintain a deep understanding of processes and priorities to align squad delivery with value and needs
Own day to day delivery orchestration for data migration squad| including coordination of migration readiness| sequencing| and validation activities
Identify| manage| and address dependencies with external programs; working closely with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) and Release Train Engineer (RTE)Agile & SAFe Execution
Serve as a Scrum Master| facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning| daily standups | sprint reviews| and retrospectives
Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent| delivery focused environment
Support ART level ceremonies such as PI Planning| Inspect & Adapt| and System Demos
Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts| Technical Product Owners| architects| and delivery partners
Maintain Jira plans| delivery boards| and execution metrics to ensure transparency
Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans| assumptions| and key decisions
Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality| system constraints| and migration cutover activities
Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders
Qualifications:
At least 7+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach on technical delivery teams
oAt least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions
oAt least 1 years of experience the Medical Device industry (familiarity with regulated environments)Strong project management skills| including planning| execution tracking| dependency management| and risk mitigation
Strong experience supporting data migration| system modernization | or platform transformation initiatives
Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices
oSAFe Scrum Master (SSM)| Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)| Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification
oAt least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle
Experience leading globally distributed| remote teams with significant cross-squad dependencies
Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting
Strong facilitation| communication| and conflict-resolution skills Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC)Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI
