Location-Onsite @ Mclean, VA-In-person Meeting

Duration –Contract

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL processes (DataStage or similar tools), data lineage, and data securitization across large-scale data environments
Mortgage domain experience (required)
Experience working in Agile environments, including creating business and technical user stories and managing work in Jira
Familiarity with Python scripting and data validation workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, disparate data sources into actionable insights
Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical rules, methodologies, and analytical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Contribute to the buildout of strategic, scalable data platforms in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
Partner with client analytics teams to understand business-specific data sources, elements, relationships, and lineage
Translate high-level business requirements into complete, end-to-end analytical solutions
Support and enhance data warehousing and ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and traceability
Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and reporting across business-aligned testing teams
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to develop deep understanding of targeted business areas
Collaborate with clients to expand capabilities in machine learning, natural language processing, and automation
Work closely with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and drive project goals
