Job Description: JD:
We are looking for an Application Support Resource with hands‑on experience in Java, Angular, and GCP to provide L2/L3 support for cloud‑based applications. The role involves troubleshooting, incident management, minor enhancements, and coordination with development and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 application support for Java–Angular based applications hosted on GCP Analyze and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive fixes Support application deployments and post‑deployment validation Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using GCP tools Handle minor code fixes, configuration changes, and enhancements Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams Provide on‑call / off‑hours support as required Maintain support documentation and SOPs Technical Skills Required:
Java (Spring / Spring Boot – understanding of backend flows) Angular (basic to intermediate debugging and UI issue resolution) Google Cloud Platform (GCP):
Cloud Run / GKE (basic understanding)
Cloud Logging & Monitoring
IAM, Cloud Storage
REST APIs, JSON
SQL / basic database querying
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Version control: Git Good to Have:
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Docker / Kubernetes (basic understanding) Experience supporting enterprise or customer‑facing applications Knowledge of Agile / DevOps processes
