🛠️ Must-Have Important Skills (Sourcing Criteria)

• Modern Shopify Stack: Shopify Functions, Checkout UI Extensions, and Shopify Flow.
• Core Languages: Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
• API Development: Strong mastery of GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Web Basics: Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and thorough understanding of the DOM.
• Version Control: High proficiency in Git (branching, merging, and PR reviews).
• Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience Level: Must have architected at least one full Shopify store from scratch as a Lead.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Architect: Design and build full-scale Shopify storefronts from the ground up.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide the development team on coding standards.
• Full-Stack Coding: Write clean, modular code using React, TypeScript, and Liquid.
• Custom App Development: Build custom Shopify apps and complex third-party integrations.
• Theme Customization: Manage, update, and maintain custom themes under Online Store 2.0.
• Optimization: Optimize the store for maximum speed, security, and conversion rates.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve critical storefront bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to deploy site changes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for store setup, code changes, and architectures.
