We are currently hiring for three separate and distinct Senior Program Manager roles supporting a major Healthcare Client in Long Beach, CA. IMPORTANT: These are NOT three skills for one role. These are three individual positions. Please review the requirements below and reply with the Serial Number (Role #1, #2, or #3) that matches your/your candidate’s profile.

Role #1: Program Manager – Compliance & Regulatory (Inovaare)

  • Focus: Leading enterprise-wide regulatory and audit readiness programs.
  • Mandatory Skills: * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Inovaare platform.
    • Strong background in Internal Audits and CMS regulations.
    • Healthcare Payer/Provider background is mandatory.
  • Key Responsibility: Manage end-to-end compliance programs, ensuring regulatory adherence and audit controls within the Inovaare ecosystem.

Role #2: Program Manager – CRM Migration (SFDC to MS Dynamics)

  • Focus: Managing the strategic transition of Sales and Broker operations.
  • Mandatory Skills: * Proven experience leading SFDC (Salesforce) to MS Dynamics 365 migrations.
    • 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Sales CRM experience.
    • Healthcare domain expertise (Sales/Broker/Provider operations).
  • Key Responsibility: Own the migration roadmap, data strategy, and user adoption for the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics.

Role #3: Program Manager – Marketing Cloud (D365 Marketing)

  • Focus: Architecting personalized member and provider engagement journeys.
  • Mandatory Skills: * 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Marketing (Marketing Cloud).
    • Experience with Eloqua is highly preferred.
    • Healthcare experience (HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance).
  • Key Responsibility: Drive campaign orchestration and automated journey design to enable personalized, compliant member communications.

General Requirements (Applicable to All 3 Roles)

  • Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid/Onsite).
  • Duration: Long-Term Contract.
  • Experience: 8+ years of overall Program Management (Budget, Governance, RAID management).
  • Domain: Healthcare Payer/Provider experience is a hard requirement.
  • Methodology: Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery.
