Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering, .NET technologies, SQL Server, and AWS Cloud to join our Healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise healthcare applications while ensuring high performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver robust backend solutions supporting healthcare applications involving claims, eligibility, EHR/EMR, and healthcare data integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services supporting healthcare applications.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL Server database objects including Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and Indexes.
- Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Design and implement secure, scalable application architecture following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate healthcare applications with external systems using APIs and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Ensure applications comply with HIPAA security and privacy regulations.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core / .NET 6+
- ASP.NET Web API
- C#
- Extensive experience with SQL Server development including:
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Functions
- Query Optimization
- Performance Tuning
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
