Position: Power Platform/D365 Lead
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite Role)
Duration: 12+ Months contract

Interview: Both Web & In-Person
Note: Need only local’s to “Richmond, Virginia” (who can provide D/L copy of VA)

One of my clients in VA is seeking with below skills:
* Power Platform Experience - specifically Power Apps - canvas and model driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Pages
* D365 Customer Service Module
* Role-based security configuration in Power Platform and D365
* Working experience with solution management (managed / unmanaged), environmental variables and reusable components
* Working knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and security fundamentals
* HTML/CSS/Javascript for UI customizations
* Experience with Agile delivery, backlog refinement and stakeholder communication
* Working knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling and performant querying, Azure functions and API integration
* Working knowledge of custom components, reusability patterns and custom connectors
* Experience implementing accessibility compliance (Section 508/WCAG)
* CI/CD experience (Power Platform Pipelines / Git Hub)
* Unit Testing and test automation
* DevOps Tools
* Experience with security, governance and environment strategy (DLP, role-based security, least privilege)
* Experience mentoring and training others
* Strong communication, problem-solving, strategy, documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
