Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Full Stack Developer with a strong mastery of modern Java ecosystems to join Moody's Corporation onsite in Charlotte. This role is specifically designed for developers with deep expertise in Reactive Programming and Spring WebFlux, focused on building non-blocking, scalable microservices. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery, from crafting responsive Angular 11+ front-ends to implementing high-concurrency backend services using Java 17.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Backend & Reactive Architecture

  • Microservices Development: Design and optimize cloud-native microservices using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
  • Reactive Programming: Implement non-blocking logic to handle high-concurrency data streams and improve system throughput.
  • API Engineering: Develop and maintain both RESTful and SOAP web services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Data Persistence: Utilize Hibernate for efficient ORM and database operations within a Java 11/17 environment.

Front-End Engineering

  • Modern Angular: Build and optimize complex user interfaces using Angular 13–16, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • State Management: Ensure seamless data synchronization between the reactive backend and the Angular front-end.

DevOps & Collaboration

  • Cloud & CI/CD: Deploy and manage applications within AWS environments using GitHub and Jenkins pipelines.
  • Agile Integration: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and promote best practices within a collaborative team setting.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior developers and lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for new technologies.
