Position Overview
We
are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS HRMS Lead with 10+
years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. The
ideal consultant will have deep functional expertise across Core HR,
Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), Self-Service HR (SSHR), and
related HRMS components. This role requires a proven track record of delivering
high-quality production support, enhancements, and functional solutions
in enterprise environments.
This is a senior-level
consulting assignment supporting a long-term Oracle HR transformation and
stabilization initiative. Extension is highly likely based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
functional support and enhancement activities across Core HR, Payroll,
OAB, and SSHR modules.
- Provide expert-level guidance on
Oracle EBS HRMS best practices, configurations, setups, and end-to-end HR
processes.
- Manage production issues,
troubleshoot system defects, and ensure timely, high-quality support
delivery.
- Collaborate with business
stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into
scalable Oracle HRMS solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams
(developers, DBAs, integration teams) to validate designs and ensure
successful implementation.
- Support testing cycles including
SIT, UAT, regression testing, and rollout activities.
- Document functional designs,
solution approaches, test scenarios, and configuration details.
- Provide knowledge transfer and
assist with functional training as needed.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience working with Oracle
EBS HRMS modules in functional roles.
- Deep, hands-on
expertise in the following modules:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Oracle
Advanced Benefits (OAB)
- Self-Service
HR (SSHR)
- Strong
understanding of Oracle HRMS architecture, setups, fast formulas, payroll
processes, benefits configuration, and workflow fundamentals.
- Demonstrated
experience delivering enterprise-level support with consistent
high-quality outputs.
- Bachelor’s
degree from an accredited and reputable university.
- Exceptional written
and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with
business and technical teams.
- Strong
problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience
working in consulting or large enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently with
minimal oversight while driving initiatives to completion.
- Experience with Oracle R12 HRMS
upgrades, patches, or cloud integrations is a plus.
