Role: Technology Architect

Key responsibilities
Lead assessment of current tech landscape; surface legacy constraints and technical debt; recommend solutions.
Track industry/market trends and assess enterprise impact.
Define and establish technology standards and reusable architecture patterns.
Analyze current vs. target state; develop cloud architecture aligned to strategy.
Facilitate architecture/design sessions with engineering and app teams.
Coach/mentor technical SMEs and architecture peers.
Act as subject matter expert on key initiatives and provide solution guidance.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs across the organization.
Qualifications
5+ years as a Technology Architect (or similar).
Deep knowledge of technology architecture, cloud computing, and industry trends.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership.
Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and translating business needs into actionable tech solutions.
Familiar with Agile/DevOps foundations and frameworks.
Working knowledge of data technologies (data warehouse, data lake, data mesh) and when to apply each.
