Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations in a Hybrid setting in Des Moines, IA. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to define end-to-end architecture, security, and governance for complex FSC and Sales Cloud programs. The architect must have hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), LWC, Apex, and Flows, and possess strong domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management.

- Implement Shield Platform Encryption and security best practices.
Technical Delivery & Governance
- Hands-on development in Apex, LWC, Batch classes, and Flows.
- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, manage governor limits, and ensure high test coverage.
- Define governance frameworks, coding standards, and DevOps pipelines.
- Drive integration strategies using APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
Domain Expertise & Qualifications
- Domain Knowledge: Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management processes.
- Certifications: FSC Accredited Professional (mandatory); Architect-level certifications preferred.
