Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in the Google Cloud AI ecosystem to build enterprise-level autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering expertise in Python, hands-on knowledge of Vertex AI / Gemini APIs, RAG pipelines, vector search architectures, and agent frameworks capable of delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Solution Development
- Design and implement advanced single-agent and multi-agent autonomous AI systems.
- Build AI agents that can:
- reason
- plan
- invoke tools
- retrieve knowledge
- complete tasks independently
- Build agent memory and contextual decision layers.
GCP AI Platform Engineering
- Develop enterprise AI applications using:
- Vertex AI
- Gemini APIs
- Vertex AI Search
- Cloud Functions
- Cloud Run
- BigQuery integrations
- Deploy scalable GenAI workloads on Google Cloud.
RAG Engineering
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using embeddings and vector retrieval.
- Implement semantic search, chunking, metadata filtering, and enterprise knowledge connectors.
- Work with Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, AlloyDB or Vertex Search.
Multi-Agent Orchestration
- Use frameworks such as:
- LangGraph
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- LangChain Agents
- Implement stateful orchestration, retries, approvals, and agent handoffs.
Responsible AI
- Implement:
- observability
- logging
- explainability
- hallucination control
- guardrails
- Ensure secure access to enterprise data sources.
Software Engineering
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and async processing pipelines.
- Integrate AI agents with databases, APIs, and enterprise workflow systems.
- Follow CI/CD and cloud-native best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on with Vertex AI / Gemini APIs
- Experience with Google Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
- Strong knowledge of RAG architecture
- Experience with vector databases / semantic search
- Hands-on with LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI / LangChain
- Strong understanding of LLM prompting and structured outputs
- API development, async processing, exception handling
- CI/CD, cloud-native engineering
