Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI Software Developer to join the Platform Development team and build AI-powered applications that connect Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-world financial data.
This role focuses on developing backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power use cases such as text-to-SQL conversational AI, enabling users to query complex datasets using natural language.
The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills (.NET/Azure) with practical AI/LLM integration experience.
Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills
- Strong experience in .NET / C# backend development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management)
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, schema analysis, performance tuning)
Data Platforms
- Experience working with:
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Fabric
- Databricks
AI / LLM Experience
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies (projects or production)
- Familiarity with:
- RAG
- Prompt Engineering
- AI workflows / agents
- Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs (SQL queries, responses)

- Experience with React + TypeScript
