Senior Project Manager – Governance

Location: San Jose, CA (100% Onsite)

 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise technology, partner/channel operations, or B2B services.
• Proven experience writing BRDs and managing projects from requirements gathering through implementation and launch.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, partner governance models, and policy lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using workflow design and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Hands-on exposure to AI productivity tools and/or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience within Cisco partner ecosystem or similar channel program environments is a strong plus.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent credentials preferred.
