Role: Senior POS Functional Architect/Lead
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Contarct: C2C or W2

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional analysis and solution design for enterprise POS initiatives.
Drive POS architecture vision, roadmap planning, and technology recommendations.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and system requirements.
Design scalable POS solutions integrating payment gateways, inventory, CRM, ERP, loyalty, and omni-channel systems.
Work extensively with GK POS (GK Retail Store Commerce) modules, configurations, integrations, enhancements, and deployment activities.
Support GK POS implementation, upgrade, rollout, and transformation initiatives across retail locations.
Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Ensure successful delivery, testing, deployment, and support of POS solutions.
Provide documentation including F-Specs, business process flows, user stories, and deployment procedures.
Lead root cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
Mentor and guide junior and senior analysts on POS and GK POS best practices.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in POS systems and retail operations.
Strong experience with GK POS / GK Retail Store Commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of payment processing, POS integrations, transactional/master data, and retail workflows.
Experience integrating GK POS with ERP, CRM, inventory management, loyalty, and payment systems.
Experience with Business Rules Framework, patches, upgrades, support packs, and POS release management.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure in dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience leading GK POS implementation, migration, upgrade, or modernization projects.
Knowledge of omni-channel retail operations and store systems.
Experience with enterprise retail transformation programs.
Agile delivery and functional architecture expertise.
Experience working with major retail organizations utilizing GK POS solutions.
