Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI (Remote but travel required as per client request)

Job Details:

• Led the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service (Advanced Execution) solutions, focusing on Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) modules.
• Gathered and analyzed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications aligned with S/4HANA Service capabilities.
• Configured and customized service processes including service orders, notifications, maintenance planning, execution, and billing.
• Integrated SAP S/4 Service with cross-functional modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).
• Enabled end-to-end service execution processes including contract management, resource scheduling, and field service operations.
• Conducted system testing (unit, integration, and UAT), defect resolution, and ensured high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Collaborated with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore/onshore teams to drive solution delivery.
• Supported data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of master and transactional data.
• Delivered user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.
• Provided continuous improvement recommendations to optimize service processes and system performance.

Client Expectation:

Looking for a SAP S/4 Service lead with following experience :

 

- SAP S/4 Service - Field service with Advanced execution (must have)

- Should have done 2 SAP S/4 Service projects

- Should have worked on SAP CS or PM projects in the past

- Should have at least 15 years of experience in SAP Service

- Should have worked on Service Contract, FL, Equipment, S4 Service order, Maintenance order, DIP profile, Confirmation, CATS integration, Service quote, Parts planning and execution,

 

- Some travel needed to Midwest is needed
