Expertise in ITSM, CSM, Virtual Agent, and Engagement Messenger.
Experience working with Scoped Applications and Now Experience UI Framework.
Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Understanding of ServiceNow Security, Access Controls (ACLs), and Performance Optimization.
Experience with Al & Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to debug complex issues.
Primary Skills
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer,
Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and REST APIs).
Maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
Optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes.
Ensure data protection and compliance with Security & Access Control (ACLS, Roles, and Groups).
Note: At least one certification like CSA, CAD, CIS etc
