"Minimum requirements (must all be true):

• 7+ years full-stack experience
• 5+ years recent Angular (v17+)
• 5+ years Java (Spring Boot)
• 5+ years SQL Server - Strong SQL Server (writing queries, indexing, performance tuning—not just CRUD)

 

Has worked on production enterprise applications Can explain architecture decisions, not just code
