Certification Required:-
Guidewire Certified (full certification – NOT specialist)
Guidewire Cloud Technical Certification
AWS Certified Developer/Architect

Guidewire PolicyCenter (Cloud Version – Niseko/Oulu/Las Lenas) with strong hands-on configuration & development
Solid Guidewire Development experience (Gosu, business rules, UI, enhancements) – NOT just support
Strong Guidewire Integration experience including API development (REST/SOAP)
Hands-on Integration Gateway (IG) with Java + Apache Camel (mandatory for transformations & routing)
Experience with App Events framework (event-driven architecture, webhooks, REST integrations)
Deep expertise in Advanced Product Designer (APD) including code/entity generation
Strong Java development skills
Experience working in Guidewire Cloud environment
Ability to lead a small offshore team while being hands-on (Player-Coach role)
Minimum 2–3 years of technical leadership experience
