Max Rate: $55/hr on C2C

Job Description:

• Experience 8+ yrs Strong Application Development work experience using Java/J2EE in AWS cloud environment - Agile environment preferred.
• Solid application design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills Experience with Junit and Cucumber testing.
• Experience with APM Monitoring tools and logging tools like Splunk.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence (preferred). AWS solution implementation hands on experience is mandatory.
• Subject matter expert having experience of interacting with client, understanding the requirement, and guiding the team.
• Documenting the requirements clearly with defined scope and must play a anchor role in setting the right expectations and delivering as per the schedule.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Github Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or Amazon Q Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, Vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of AI security, prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
