Business Analyst – PTC Windchill (MedTech PLM)

Location: Wauwatosa, WI

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting PLM initiatives.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill.

• Proven ability to demonstrate Windchill OOTB capabilities to business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience creating realistic demo data and end-to-end business scenarios.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Windchill OOTB functionality

  • Configuration capabilities

  • Customization approaches and limitations

• Experience supporting Medical Device or MedTech organizations.

• Knowledge of regulated product development environments and compliance requirements.

• Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience working within Agile project environments.
