Position Summary

Service Catalog Design & Development
Lead end‑to‑end Service Catalog architecture, including UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, and approvals.
Design and govern standardized catalog patterns for IT, HR, and enterprise services.
Define and enforce catalog best practices, naming standards, reusable components, and fulfillment models.

Integration Design & Development
Design and oversee inbound and outbound integrations using:
IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, Flow Designer actions
Define end‑to‑end integration patterns, error handling, retry logic, logging, and monitoring.
Lead integrations with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Identity, Asset, external platforms).
Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, performant, and supportable.

Platform Design & Governance
Serve as the technical authority for ITSM, Catalogs and Integrations
Review and approve designs produced by developers
Identify and mitigate technical risks early (performance, scalability, maintainability).
Support design decisions for reuse vs. configuration vs. build.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree
· 8+ years of experience
