Job Title           : Product Manager

Location           : Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)

Duration           : 6-12 Months

 

Job Summary:

A Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering products that meet customer needs and business objectives. They act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

·         Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.

·         Prioritize product features and create detailed product requirements.

·         Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.

·         Lead product planning, backlog grooming, and sprint activities in Agile environments.

·         Monitor product performance using key metrics and data driven insights.

·         Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.

·         Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates regularly.

·         Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

·         Support product launches and go to market strategies.

 

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in product management or a related role.

·         Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·         Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·         Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

·          Ability to interpret data and make customer centric decisions.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, CSPO).
• Experience managing digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and data analytics.
