Position: Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote


Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
* 8+ years experience working in software industry building enterprise applications.
* Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
* Implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
* Hands on development & Implementation Experience in NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
* Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
* Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
* Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
* Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
* Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
