Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with IAM expertise to support enterprise application development and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java full stack development, Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, cloud integration, and application onboarding processes. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, security integration knowledge, and project coordination capabilities within enterprise cloud and IAM environments.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack Java applications
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work with Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies to build enterprise applications
- Support cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives
IAM & Security Integration
- Implement and integrate IAM solutions to improve authentication, authorization, and user management
- Support application onboarding into IAM and cloud environments
- Integrate applications with IAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, and Microsoft Azure AD
- Ensure applications comply with enterprise security standards and protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
Cloud & Platform Integration
- Work with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Support deployment and integration of applications into enterprise cloud ecosystems
- Develop secure and scalable cloud-based services and APIs
Project & Delivery Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
- Manage project activities from initiation through delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, project discussions, and execution activities
Quality Assurance & Best Practices
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support testing and deployment activities
- Drive continuous improvement through adoption of modern development practices and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with front-end technologies: Angular, React, Vue.js
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2
