Role: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant --Remote (Support)

visa: H1B, H4 EAD, TN

75/hr on C2C 

Remote 

Experience: 7–10 years in Oracle HCM Cloud

 

Modules Required

• Absence Management

• Benefits (Mandatory – with Open Enrollment)

• Fast Formula

• Basic Core HR

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Production Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for Absence and Benefits modules, but should have worked on enhancements for Benefits and Absence requests.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

• Perform root cause analysis and ensure SLA adherence

2. Absence Management

• Configure and maintain:

  • Absence plans (accrual, qualification, no entitlement)

  • Absence types, eligibility, and validations

• Handle accruals, carryover, and balance issues

• Ensure integration with payroll and time data

3. Benefits & Open Enrollment

• Configure benefits:

  • Plans, options, eligibility profiles, rates

• Manage end-to-end Open Enrollment:

  • Enrollment windows, life events, validations

• Support issues during enrollment cycle

• Ensure accurate employee enrollment and data compliance

4. Fast Formula

• Develop and support Fast Formulas for:

  • Absence accruals and validations

  • Benefits eligibility and calculations

• Debug and enhance existing formulas

5. knowledge/understanding

 

• OTBI / BI Publisher (BIP) reports

• HCM Extracts and HDL

• Basic knowledge of integrations

  •  

6. Enhancements & Releases

• Support quarterly releases and impact analysis

• Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes

• Coordinate with business for testing (SIT/UAT)

 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Absence & Benefits modules

• Mandatory Fast Formula expertise

• Experience with Open Enrollment cycle

• Strong troubleshooting and support experience

 

Good to Have

• Payroll integration knowledge

• Experience in AMS / support projects

• Basic knowledge of OIC / SQL
