We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead with strong domain exposure in the Entertainment, Media, or Digital Streaming industry. The candidate will lead end-to-end SAP SD and OTC processes, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations and enhancements across complex media and content-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  
• Act as SAP SD Functional Lead, owning solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  
• Partner with business users in Entertainment / Media / OTT domains to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  
• Drive SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements.
  
• Configure and support pricing procedures, billing plans, credit management, and AR integration.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, FI/CO, and Revenue Accounting.
  
• Lead workshops, user training, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
