Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Lead Data Warehouse Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data warehouse solutions. This role involves leading development efforts, ensuring data quality and performance, and collaborating with business and analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of data warehouse architectures and data models
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations
- Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and scalability
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with business, BI, and analytics teams on data requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in data warehousing and BI development
- Strong SQL and data modeling (dimensional/star schema) expertise
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, etc.)
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale data solutions
