Job Title:

Job Qualification (Required Experience and Skills)

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and production support.
  • Deep knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Configure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules (Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, Component Configuration).
  • Set up compensation cycles for merit, bonus, and stock plans.
  • Integrate Compensation with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents (FDs), configuration workbooks, and SOPs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).

Optimization & Support

  • Drive enhancements and troubleshoot configuration issues.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assess impact on existing setups.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct workshops with HR and Finance teams.
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategy, compliance, and best practices.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create BI/OTBI reports and HCM Extracts for compensation analysis.
  • Provide insights for budgeting and workforce planning.

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation.
  • Familiarity with related modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
