Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled DataStage Developer to join our team in Irving, TX, supporting projects for McKesson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using IBM DataStage to support data integration and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses and data marts.
• Optimize and troubleshoot DataStage jobs for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing.
• Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with IBM DataStage (ETL development).
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical domain.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and Unix/Linux environments.
