Job Description
A BS in Computer Science, Math, or Software Development. In addition, must have experience in the following areas:
· 3+ Years' experience with Azure cloud infrastructure design, Engineering, and Operations
· 10+ years in IT operations and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolution across complex enterprise networks, security infrastructure, and integration with applications
· Experienced working in complex DevOps environments with the ability to handle CI/CD integration and problem resolution
· Experience with maintaining application uptime. Associated service level commitments
· Strong communicator and ability to demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise in high-stress situations such as application downtime and help drive resolution routines
· Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence and applications like Site Core is a plus
You Have:
· Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate with peer application developers, business analysts, data scientists, and business users to support Azure infrastructure requirements
· Knowledge of performance, scalability, and best practices with cloud infrastructure
· Troubleshoot and debug application deployment issues
· Cloud expertise - Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
Ability to work as a liaison between the client application development team and managed service operations service provider in optimizing the performance of the Site Core application
