Job Title: Salesforce nCino Administrator

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

The Purpose:

Responsible for the administration of nCino/Salesforce (bank commercial underwriting software) to ensure bank underwriting, lending policies, compliance policies, and credit quality are maintained while enhancing loan production and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor nCino performance and make needed update/changes to the system:
To determine that the processes are properly functioning
To determine that workflows and policies are followed
To determine if placeholders are properly maintained
To determine our user base is managed appropriately with roles, license, and active setting
To determine that the system is in compliance with regulations and policies
Work Issues and collaborate with business units to determine if additional information is needed to address problems and identify system concerns
Report findings and recommendations to the team and assist in improving performance and job knowledge
Prepare management reports and dashboards as needed
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

BS degree with a minimum of three to five years’ experience of nCino Platform
Salesforce admin certification required
Knowledge of credit terminology, financial analysis, forms, documents, legal requirements & bank policies and procedures
Strong working knowledge of general banking software and Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Salesforce, Databases, and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with department team members and other bank departments as needed
Knowledge of lending policies & procedures
Perform any other task relating to the lending function that might be requested by the department head
