This is not a Test Automation Developer or Test Lead role. We need a strategic, hands-on architect who can define direction, guide teams, and ensure execution excellence.

Job Title: Test Architect

Location: Austin, TX

We are looking for an experienced Test Architect to refine and execute an enterprise test strategy. The client already has a high-level strategy in place — this role will operationalize it, build a clear roadmap, and drive measurable ROI across multiple teams.

This is not a Test Automation Developer or Test Lead role. We need a strategic, hands-on architect who can define direction, guide teams, and ensure execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Refine and execute enterprise test strategy
Build and drive testing roadmap
Lead cross-team implementation
Demonstrate ROI and quality improvements
Architect scalable test automation frameworks
Drive test data management strategy
Promote TDD / BDD practices

Required Experience

10+ years in QA / Quality Engineering
Proven experience as a Test Architect in enterprise environments
Strong automation background (multi-tool ecosystem)
Experience with SOA / API testing
Tools exposure: Parasoft, Informatica (DB validation), test data management tools
Experience with TDD, BDD
