We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Cisco CVP IVR applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development, CVP Call Studio scripting, and integrating APIs, XML, and JSON. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop call flows, and optimize IVR solutions in a Cisco UCCE environment.
Design, develop, and implement CVP IVR applications using Java and related technologies.
Gather business requirements, conduct analysis, and design IVR solutions accordingly.
Develop and integrate custom Java CVP elements and Java-based APIs.
Build and optimize call flows for Cisco UCCE environments.
Perform coding, debugging, testing, and deployment of IVR applications.
Ensure seamless integration of IVR solutions with backend systems using XML, JSON, and web services.
Work with Cisco Call Studio, ICM, CUIC, and Finesse for IVR development and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through innovative IVR solutions.
Programming Languages: Java (CVP custom elements, web services), JSP, Servlet, XML, J2EE, Spring MVC, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and ICM Scripting.
IVR Development: CVP Call Studio IVR scripting and Cisco UCCE integration.
Tools & Technologies: Cisco Call Studio, ICM, CUIC, Finesse, Eclipse, SQL Developer.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
Knowledge of cloud-based IVR solutions and integration with third-party APIs.
Experience in contact center performance optimization and reporting (CUIC analytics).
