Role: ADP Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339
Rate: $70/hr CTC All Inclusive including 4.8%VMS charges
Must Have Skills:
Hands-on project
management experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView,
or similar)
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes
Experience in ADP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
Knowledge of system integrations and data migration
Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager with strong domain
knowledge in payroll implementations. The candidate should behands-on, capable
of operating at task level, and adept at governing, tracking, and executing
complex payroll engagements.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage ADP payroll implementation or transformation projects
· Own detailed project plans, task-level execution, and delivery governance
· Coordinate across business, HR, payroll, vendors, and technical teams
· Track dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution through follow-ups
· Ensure compliance with payroll processes, timelines, and quality standards
· Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong experience managing ADP payroll projects
· Deep understanding of payroll processes and systems
· Ability to operate at task-level detail while maintaining overall governance
· Strong execution, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
