Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer and related modules. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing customer communication workflows and templates, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

The role involves building APIs, managing data integration, and supporting CCM (Customer Communications Management) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer and related tools (Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, Approve Workflow).

Implement and integrate APIs (REST/SOAP) as per architectural standards.

Collaborate with business and QA teams to resolve workflow, content, and output-related issues.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, performance standards, and best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

Quadient Inspire Platform: Designer, Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, Approve Workflow

API Development: REST, SOAP

Programming: JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Java

Database: SQL

Version Control: GitHub

Desired Skills:

Experience with CCM platforms such as Precisely EngageOne
