10+ years of overall IT / software development experience, with at least 5+ years specifically designing and implementing Okta solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
Protocol Expertise:
Deep understanding of identity federation technologies (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, WS-Federation).
Okta :
Hands-on experience with Okta Identity Engine (OIE), Okta Identity Governance (OIG), and building custom Okta Workflows/API integrations.
Cloud Experience:
Proficiency in working across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Communication:
Excellent executive presence and ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
Certifications:
Active Okta Certified Consultant, Okta Certified Developer, or the prestigious Okta Certified Technical Architect (OCTA)
