Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 1 Year (Contract-to-Hire)
Work Authorization: W2 Only (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, L2)
We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join an enterprise CRM platform team supporting critical banking initiatives including New Account Opening (NAO) and license optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce development initiatives across multiple Scrum teams
• Design and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components and Apex
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, architecture discussions, and code reviews
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Work closely with business stakeholders and product teams
• Support initiatives around New Account Opening and customer demographic data improvements
Required Skills
Strong Salesforce development experience
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex (Classes, Triggers)
Visualforce
Salesforce configuration & automation
Experience with Sales Console and Service Console
Prior leadership or mentoring experience
Nice to Have
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience
• Agile environment experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
