Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack UI Developer / System Software Programmer Consultant to support modernization initiatives focused on enhancing user experience and improving enterprise system functionality. This full-stack role emphasizes modern UI
engineering, backend API development, integrations, and technical leadership. The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, backend services, database solutions, and workflow modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Build modern UI applications using frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Establish and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Back-End Development
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices.
- Build backend services using Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
- Implement authentication and authorization using modern security practices like OAuth and JWT.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL database systems.
- Ensure backend scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Full Stack Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end feature development across the UI, API, and database layers.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, release validation, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
- Drive architecture discussions and technology decisions.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development planning.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and security requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong backend development experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices.
- Strong database expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with authentication/security frameworks (OAuth, JWT).
- Experience integrating frontend and backend systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
