We are looking for an Oracle NetSuite Support professional in the US with strong experience supporting NetSuite finance users, fixing defects, and delivering system enhancements. The ideal candidate has a solid functional understanding of US GAAP and hands-on NetSuite configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 NetSuite support for finance and accounting users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects
  • Deliver NetSuite enhancements and configurations (workflows, saved searches, forms, fields)
  • Support core financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition
  • Partner with accounting teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP
  • Assist with month-end close, reporting, audits, and system upgrades
  • Gather requirements and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience
  • Strong functional accounting knowledge (US GAAP)
  • Experience supporting NetSuite financial modules
  • NetSuite configuration experience (workflows, saved searches, custom records)
  • Ability to independently handle support tickets, defect fixes, and enhancements
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) experience
  • NetSuite certification(s)
