Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Lightning Web Component development experience
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Lightning Aura Component development experience
- 3-5 years of experience with programming languages APEX, Core Java, JavaScript
- 3-5 years of experience with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT (AutoRABIT preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification (required)
- 5-8 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce Technologies: Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles
- Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe methodology preferred)
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Experience working in onshore/offshore support model
Role Overview
Require Salesforce skills for onshore Senior Salesforce developer positions based out of Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript, along with PD1 certification.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
- Work with SOQL, Visual Force Pages, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and formulas
- Use tools like Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT
- Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model
- Follow Agile/SAFe methodologies for delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Agentforce Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) Certification
- Experience with GitHub, RTC, automation tools
- Experience with IVR Technologies like AVAYA, CISCO, Chatbot, etc.
