Position: Release Train Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Must Have:

·       Release Train Engineer, SAFe, Agile, Project Management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Apply Lean and Agile principles to manage value delivery across the Agile Release Train (ART).

·       Facilitate PI Planning events, retrospectives (I&A), and drive team collaboration across ART.

·       Act as a servant leader—removing impediments, managing risks, and supporting continuous improvement.

·       Ensure alignment between business goals and ART deliverables.

·       Coordinate across Product Management, Development, QA, and Operations teams.

·       Oversee project delivery timelines, performance tracking, and reporting of key metrics.

·       Monitor the development and rollout of features and enhancements.

·       Maintain program-level calendars and manage ART-level risks and dependencies.

·       Drive collaboration across teams and ensure resource optimization.

·       Foster communication with stakeholders and maintain strong customer interaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications:

·       8–15 years of total IT experience with 4–8 years in a Release Train Engineer or Project Manager role.

·       Strong command of Agile and SAFe methodologies.

·       Proven experience in delivering complex projects within financial services or banking sectors.

·       Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional teams including BAs, System Analysts, and Testing units.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

·       Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

·       Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and resource planning in ART
