Job
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+
years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and strong expertise
in Financial Service Operations (FSO). The ideal candidate will
have deep technical knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM), UI
Builder, Playbooks, Flow Designer, and integrations, and will be
responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow
solutions that support complex business processes.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and
implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a
focus on Financial Service Operations (FSO) and Customer
Service Management (CSM) modules.
- Build and customize
modern interfaces using UI Builder and develop responsive,
user-friendly workspaces.
- Configure and
implement Playbooks to streamline agent workflows and
improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain
automated workflows using Flow Designer and integrate
with other ServiceNow components.
- Design and
implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
and external applications.
- Collaborate with
business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate
business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop server-side
and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Script
Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Participate in solution
design, code reviews, and best practice implementation to ensure
high-quality development standards.
- Troubleshoot and
resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure solutions
follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and
security standards.
Required
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow
platform development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience
with Financial Service Operations (FSO).
- Extensive experience
working with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Hands-on development
experience using UI Builder and creating custom
workspaces.
- Strong experience
with Playbooks and Flow Designer.
- Experience designing
and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP
APIs and Integration Hub.
- Strong JavaScript,
Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
- Experience with Service
Portal / UI Frameworks and modern UI components.
- Strong problem-solving
and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in
an Agile development environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified
System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified
Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with IntegrationHub,
MID Server, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with ATF
(Automated Test Framework) and DevOps practices within
ServiceNow.
