Overview:
We are seeking a senior Claims Industry Advisor with deep expertise in
Personal Lines Claims and claims transformation.

Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Personal Lines Claims & operations
- Claims transformation, automation, and process optimization
- Knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations and compliance
- Experience translating business processes into technology solutions
- Guidewire ClaimCenter exposure (preferred)
- Experience with FNOL, subrogation, fraud analytics, STP
- Certifications like CPCU, AIC, ARM preferred
- Experience with multi-state / multi-LOB programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication

Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for claims platforms and digital ecosystem
- Lead discussions on workflows, rules, and integrations
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams
- Define business requirements and success metrics
- Oversee UAT, go-live, and post-production support
- Ensure regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
