· Pega and BPM
· Certification needed: Yes, Certified PEGA Lead System Architect LSA (Mandatory)
Required skills:
· 10+ years of experience with PEGA.
· Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) – Mandatory.
· Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Investigation for Securities.
· Strong understanding of banking fraud, and investigation life cycles.
· Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
· Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing.
· Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking clients.
· Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
· Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
· Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.
· Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.
· Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.
· Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
· Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
