Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6–8+ years in Salesforce architecture
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Apex, LWC
• Data modeling, security, and sharing architecture
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data Cloud
• Agentforce / Einstein AI capabilities
• Strong integration experience:
• MuleSoft and API-led architecture
• Event-driven integration patterns
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations

Certifications

• Salesforce Application Architect
• Salesforce System Architect
• Salesforce CTA (Good to Have)

Domain Experience (Preferred)

• Healthcare / Life Sciences domain exposure
• Experience working with research and academic ecosystems

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with enterprise architects and leadership teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
