Duration: Contract-to-Hire (3 Months Contract, then Full-Time Conversion with Client)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager for a remote opportunity with through TCS. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, and experience managing full project life cycles.

Required Skills:
10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with:
Agile/Scrum methodology
Full project life cycle management
Project tracking and reporting
Cost tracking and budgeting
Effort estimation and management
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and leadership
Preferred:
PMP / CSM / SAFe 5 certification preferred
Prior healthcare or health insurance client experience is a big plus
Experience working with enterprise-level Agile teams
Employment Details:
Remote opportunity
GC or USC only
W2 Rate: $45/hr
C2C Rate: $55/hr
C2C candidates must be comfortable with Contract-to-Hire conversion after 3 months and provide NOC ahead of conversion
