Required Qualifications
• Hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Tester /
QA Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of one or more ServiceNow
modules: ITSM, ITOM, and/or FSM.
• Experience testing ServiceNow workflows,
forms, business rules, UI policies, integrations, and reports.
• Understanding of FedRAMP or similar
regulated/compliant environments, with awareness of security and audit
considerations during testing.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery
models.
• Strong defect management, documentation, and
reporting skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional
teams including developers, business analysts, and platform administrators.
