Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Safety Specialist with strong experience in Veeva Vault Safety implementation, administration, configuration, and support within the healthcare and life sciences domain.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in pharmacovigilance processes, regulatory compliance, system administration, and safety case management on the Veeva Vault platform. The role involves supporting safety operations, issue resolution, workflow configuration, audit support, and regulatory submissions while ensuring compliance with GxP standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Veeva Vault Safety modules including:
    • Account management
    • Workflow configuration
    • Issue resolution
    • Transmission records
    • Regulatory submissions
  • Support implementation, maintenance, and enhancements within the Veeva Vault platform
  • Manage SDLC updates, RIA activities, and platform feature enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and resolve support tickets/issues
  • Support change control, deviation management, CAPA, and audit workflows in Veeva RIM
  • Ensure compliance with GxP and healthcare regulatory standards
  • Perform user access reviews and periodic system reviews
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system-related issues
  • Create SOPs, user manuals, and technical documentation
  • Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
  • Collaborate with business users, quality teams, and regulatory stakeholders
